"the trapping method"

PostPosted by dimples_n_ar » Fri Apr 04, 2014 12:35 pm

:? I think I am having trouble with the "trapping method" using the silhouette cameo....I created a name with an offset around it. Everything went fine (at first)! When i applied it to the shirt, there was a tiny gap between the colors. It is like the center color shrank a mm or 2 ? Do I need to adjust the size of one of my layers. Since I can't layer the glitter vinyl, I think I may be in trouble. Is there help for this NEWBIE???

You have to add a small outline to the outer piece where your inside pice will overlap.

If you add a hairline outline to your inside wording you should be good to go..
